Mr. Liu has been serving in his current position since March 2022.

Mr. Liu started his career in July 1988 at National Audit Office of the People’s Republic of China (CNAO) , where he served as a staff member, Deputy Director and Director of CNAO Jinan Regional Office; Deputy Director General of CNAO Department of Public Finance Audit; Director General and Secretary of the Leading Party Members' Group of CNAO Changchun Regional Office; Director General of CNAO Department of Non-profit Government Agencies Audit; Director General of CNAO Law Department; and Member of CNAO Leading Party Members' Group.Mr. Liu is currently a member of the Party Committee and Vice President of CITIC Group Corporation; a member of the Executive Committee and Vice President of CITIC Ltd.; Vice President of CITIC Corporation Ltd.; and Chairman of CITIC Trust Corporation Ltd. Mr. Liu holds a Doctoral Degree in Economics. He is a CPC member, senior auditor and a certified public accountant.

Mr. Li has been serving in his current position since September 2022.

Mr. Li started his career in July 1994 at CITIC Trust Co., Ltd. (formerly known as CITIC Industrial Trust and Investment Co.). He was once head of CITIC Trust Comprehensive Financial Service Group, GM and Business Director of Investment Banking Division I. He was then appointed as Party Committee Member and Deputy GM, Deputy Party Secretary and GM, and Party Secretary and GM of CITIC Trust. Mr. Li is a CPC member, holds a Doctoral degree in Management and qualifies as a senior economist.

Mr. Cao has been serving in his current position since December 2023.

In September 1996, Mr. Cao enlisted in the Air Force Institute of Political Studies. Then he successively served as an officer of the Political Department of the Navy Weihai Coastal Guard Area; File Assistant, Officer (Deputy Battalion Commander level) and Secretary (Battalion Commander level) of Discipline Inspection Department of the  PLA General Political Department; Secretary (Deputy  Regimental Commander level) of General Office of the Central Military Commission’s Discipline Inspection Commission.

Ms. Zhao has been serving in her current position since April 2024. 

Ms. Zhao started her career in July 2009 at the former China Banking Regulatory Commission (now known as the National Financial Regulatory Administration) Guangdong Office, where she was appointed as Deputy Director of the General Office (Party Committee Office)(concurrently served as Assistant to the President of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Bank as a member of the 17^th Doctoral Service Group initiated by the CPC Central Committee Organization Department and the Communist Youth League),and Deputy Director of Policy and Regulations Division. She then worked at China CITIC Financial Asset Management Co., Ltd. (the former China Huarong Asset Management Co., Ltd.), where she successively took the positions of Assistant to Director, Deputy Director of the General Office (Party Committee Office) (concurrently served as Deputy Director of Business Planning Department), GM of Strategic Development Department (concurrently served as  Deputy Director of the General Office (Party Committee Office)). Ms. Zhao is a CPC member and holds a Doctoral degree in Management.

Mr. Yang has been serving in his current position since November 2024.

Mr. Yang started his career in August 2006. He successively served as Vice President and Executive Vice President of Tianshui Sub-branch of China CITIC Bank Hangzhou Branch, Assistant to GM of Business Department of Hangzhou Branch, and President of Tianshui Sub-branch; member of the Party Committee, Assistant to President, Director of Risk Management, and Vice President of Hangzhou Branch; member of the Party Committee, Vice President, President and Party Secretary of China CITIC Bank Ningbo Branch. Mr. Yang is a CPC member and holds a Master's degree in Literature.

Mr. Chen has been serving in his current position since November 2024.

Mr. Chen started his career in July 1994. He successively served as Senior Deputy Manager of the Department of Creditor’s Right Management and Senior Manager of the Beijing Office of China Huarong Asset Management Company (China Huarong), member of the Party Committee and Assistant to GM of the Urumqi Office (concurrently serving as the Assistant to Director of the Restructuring Office of China Huarong), Deputy GM of the Business Development Department and the International Business Department; Deputy Party Secretary, GM and Vice Chairman of Huarong International Trust Co., Ltd.; Deputy Party Secretary, GM and Vice Chairman of Huarong Financial Leasing Co., Ltd.; GM of the International Business Management Department, GM of the Comprehensive Management Department (Xiong'an New Area Business Division), and Director of the Listing Office of China Huarong; Deputy Party Secretary, Director and GM of Huarong Securities Co., Ltd.; Party Secretary and Chairman of Huarong Ruitong Equity Investment Management Co., Ltd. (concurrently serving as GM of the Equity Business Department of China Huarong); GM of Asset Management Department Ⅰ of China CITIC Financial Asset Management Co., Ltd. Mr. Chen is a CPC member, holds a Master's degree and qualifies as a senior economist.

Mr. Gao has been serving in his current position since July 2019

Mr. Gao started his career at the headquarters of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC), where he was subsequently in charge of the General Affairs Division in the General Office and Deputy Chief of the General Management Division. He then worked at China Huarong Asset Management Corporation (China Huarong). During this period of time, he served as the Deputy Division Chief, Senior Manager and Assistant to Director at the President Office; Deputy GM and Deputy GM (in charge) of the No. 2 Asset Management Department. He was then appointed as the Party Secretary and GM of China Huarong Shenyang Branch. He was Director of the HQ Reform Office, before he became the Deputy Party Secretary and President of Huarong Real Estate Co., Ltd. Later, he served as the GM of the Equity Management Department (now known as Equity Business Department) of China Huarong. Then he was the Party Secretary, Chairman of Huarong Ruitong Equity Investment Management Co., Ltd, and GM of China Huarong Equity Business Department concurrently. His other posts included the Party Secretary and Chairman of Huarong Real Estate Co., Ltd. and Chairman of Huarong (HK) Industrial and Financial Investment Ltd.

Mr. Gao is a CPC member, holds a master’s degree and qualifies as a senior economist.

Mr. Yuan has been serving in his current position since November 2023.

Mr. Yuan started his career at the Tax Bureau of Suqian, Jiangsu Province in July 1986. Then he worked at Bank of China, where he successively served as Vice President and President of Shuyang Sub-branch; member of the Party Committee and Vice President of Suqian Branch; President of Jiangning Sub-branch in Nanjing; Party Secretary and President of Xuzhou Branch; Party Secretary and President of Yangzhou Branch; member of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Hubei Provincial Branch. He was then appointed as Party Secretary and GM of China Huarong Jiangsu Branch. Mr. Yuan is a CPC member, holds a Master’s degree and qualifies as an accountant. 

Mr. Wang has been serving in his current position since November 2023. 

Mr. Wang started his career in August 2004 at the Department of Finance under the Ministry of Finance, where he served as a deputy chief staff member of the Financial Division IV, a deputy chief staff member, chief staff member and deputy director of the  Government Loan Division I. He subsequently worked as deputy director of the General Office of the Ministry of Finance. Then he returned to the Department of Finance and held the positions of deputy director and investigator of the Financial Division II, first grade investigator of Financial Property Right Division. Mr. Wang holds a Master’s Degree. He is a CPC member and a certified public accountant.

Mr. Liu has been serving in his current position since July 2024.

Mr Liu started his career at China CITIC Bank (previously known as CITIC Industrial Bank), where he successively served as a staff member of the Trade Settlement Department of the head office; deputy section chief and section chief of the Business Department; office secretary, manager of Interbank and Investment Banking Business Management Department,and supervisor of the Asset Preservation Department; Deputy GM and GM of the International Settlement Department of the International Business Department; Assistant to GM, Deputy GM and Deputy GM (in charge) of the International Business Department; Deputy GM (in charge) and GM of the Asset Custody Department; GM of the International Business Department (concurrently as Director of CITIC Financial Leasing Co., Ltd., GM of the International Business Operation Center and Director of Altyn Bank); Party Secretary of China CITIC Bank Qingdao Branch(performing duties of President); Party Secretary and President of China CITIC Bank Qingdao Branch；Party Secretary and Executive Director of China CITIC Financial AMC International Holdings Ltd.Mr. Liu is a CPC member, holds a doctoral degree in  Economics, and qualifies as an economist.
